Most of the “hacked” people are actually people who got their accounts stolen by trying to get hacks/bot systems/buy silver from bots.
there have been an increasing amount of invisible and self whispers…
am almost afraid of touching a town even more than before…
How can I trust you System, when you cant even ban the spammers on the first channel of towns or the bots on the first floor of the crystal mines…
you want to show that our accounts are safe…

Well, as @Siete said, whoever uses 3rd party software to do stuff, and i will add one more here, whoever share his account, be it friends or guild mates, are asking to be hacked.
Just one thing is that worry me, your own system security, if somehow, someone is able to hack into your account database we are the ones ■■■■■■ up here, and i wouldn’t doubt it that isn’t a hard to be done with the actual state of how things are going.

I doubt an addon can hack into Steam account server, if that was the case lol, we would have lots of reports on people losing their valuable accounts.
Note that you can’t login into the game if you don’t have a steam account, not sure how they setup the site account to work together with steam, not even sure if it is really required tho, for me it is just a way to know who in the site is in-game.
