Oh so that explains it. I did not even had that problem with dungeon reset but I got 2 or 3 reset vouchers mailed to me, while my friend had to make a ticket and complain for 3 days without them fixing anything.

The cutest part is Aloysha will constantly attempt to troll people and the moment you acknowledge them or return fire they accuse you of cyber-stalking them.
Furthermore they start a massive thread on cyber bullying support even though literally 8 in every 10 of their forum posts has been an negative post directed at someone else.
(I think people forget that you can click their avatar and view everything they post)
