Nah my rig gets up there if I unlock vsync in areas where it’s not crowded much. It’s an actual thing but the optimization of having mass content shows because a computer than can run a game at 220+ fps shouldn’t be dropping to under 10.

Fedimian is nothing compared to dullahn with 4-5 parties trying to get the drops.
Go try a a dullahan world boss fight and show us your fps =D. I got a 2000$ alienware and still get under 10 fps at Dullahan.
That’s what I was thinking lol. You can’t get a high end PC with that much money, maybe it’s different in that part of the world. $1300 isn’t much money also.
They have TOS maximum required specs down as an i3 and gts 450 LOL and I got a friend with a 6700k and gtx970 dipping to the 20s
I use a laptop running on a i7-4900 and gtx745, it runs at a steady 20-60 also but yeah, poorly optimized.
PCs are so cheap… Back when I started college I was lugging around a $4k dell xps laptop… Now i just go for cheapos… Built my own cheap rig for watching movies and anime but it was decent enough to game… Better than my surface book… 
More then 60 fps means absolutely nothing unless you have a 144hz monitor.
Game with not that high-end 3d graphic freezes even on some high-end PC’s. And this chat-spam FPS troubles. Let’s don’t give a ■■■■!
You have no freakin idea about spell spam and another ■■■■ from 40-60 ppls during GW’s, do you? Yeah, ur 36 will drop to like 0.36. But, who cares? Blind ppls like you barely notice the creeps and have no plans to participate in PVP content.
He can make us all shut up and eat our words by simply taking a video of him moving and using skills in prime time (5 red dots) CH.1 Fedimian near the auction NPC. I think his “always above or at 25 FPS” is BS, but I’d be happy to be proven wrong.
Of course, Fedimian’s FPS drop is only barely comparable to the skill spam world boss and GvG entails. But his claims were solely for CH.1 Fedimian, so he only has to prove that much.

Your idea of rich is weird, you know my laptop actually costs as much as your PC. Not to mention I have bought around like 10 founder packs or something except I don’t live off daddy’s money. Daddy’s money is his own money.
I don’t think I’m rich though, anyone that makes a lower-middle class income in my city can easily spend the same way.
