my desktop cost me over $9k and there’re better build than mine.

Also getting 200fps means nothing when your sh1tty monitor can only render max at 60fps
enabling vsync can help with screen tearing.
when you have 144hz monitor and you only get 20fps with $10k desktop then there’s definitely something wrong with the game

I just came back from seeing my mother in the hospital. And then I enter this thread, made me chuckle.
I mean, I’m just glad I can play this game decently. It has helped me a lot keeping my mind preoccupied.
Lol, 38 fps is lowest? What a pile of BS. Come back after fighting some popular world boss like Dullahan with 30-50 players killing him.
It’s already a confirmed fact that ToS doesn’t utilize modern technology, doesn’t rely on GPU and not using multiple cores of CPU. In crowded towns or in combat when many players are using their skills simultaneously ToS runs equally bad on old garbage computers as it does on new high end ones.
People with PCs that can run ANY other modern games at max settings nice and smooth getting terrible performance in ToS (in particular situations). So saying that this issue is exclusive to players with “sucky PC” is a statement idiotic beyond measure.

Again, the point is a majority of people will eventually leave if the game doesnt optimize itself quickly. Nobody has fun playing a game at 10 fps, dropping down to 2-3 when it kicks you to channel 1 upon teleporting back to klapedia/fermidian.
Once the game is empty, it will become a plain in the ass to find people to grind, do dungeons, do ET, etc… And the game dies. I dont think either of us would want that to happen.

I’m still trying to figure out how “I’m rich” has any influence with the game’s ■■■■ coding/engine.
Getting a solid 60FPS on DS3 at max setting except 1440x900 resolution with my build yet ToS won’t go over 30FPS because some low quality 2.5D sprites, something is definitely wrong.
Is 25-30 FPS supposed to be good? Besides, you posted screenshot of just shops standing still rather than a lot of people spamming skills while fighting world boss. And even for town this isn’t even crowded, it’s an early morning with only 3 yellow circles at channel 1 (top right corner of your screenshot).
