Am i the only a3>qs3 who doesn’t put any points on caltrops?
Damage aside, Caltrops is very useful for CC, and it would greatly help you in full charge MS without taking hits from the mobs.
Well i maxed pavise rapid fire lvl 10 stone shot 10 teardown 1 max running full dex with atleast 70 to 80 con HAHAHAHAHA so am I a noob then because I didn’t put any caltrops?
I am not saying you are a noob, you play your char the way you want, but for its usefulness, caltrops is a good skill, i am doing a QS3 Wug2 Musk build, i am maxing caltrops i will get pavise up to Lv 6 when i finish it, Rapid fire Lv 10 RS 5 Stone shot is only 3, i think more would be a waste like it is to do more than 1 or 2 in Oblique, and Stone have a nice modifier in % (150%) that would make it even better than OS.
But as i said, its your char, if you feel comfortable with it and can kill stuff fast and efficiently it is fine.
Just so you know, Full Dex build worked well in the iCBTs because the stats where even more broken that time, not sure now, but it doesn’t seem that way now.
And you can’t evade magic attacks, so full DEX is really not that useful against magic-type enemies.
I can’t go further on this class since mine still at QS2, but so far i am happy with my build.
Hahahahaha well i’m more like a turrent type i always use kneeling that going full dex was benificial to the KS STATS
I can’t say for sure on that case, i used KS in iCBT 1 when i was just testing the class, i dropped that skill from my build and went to Heavy Shot, since i need mobility, KS is useless for me.
What i am saying here to you is my experience, even tho it is as 3rd part since i am observing my friend playing her archer all the time and also from my own experience from what i have see so far on my little archer.
There are more experienced players here in the forums that can give you tips if you feel that your char is lacking something, and if you have enough TP to buy a skill reset that will help you out.
If not, and you are happy with your build and do well be it solo or in party then i don’t see any issue.
Build looks fine to me.
Full dex just means you’ll be relying on kneeling shot a lot, and it means you’ll be going musketeer or canonneer.
Yup I’ve been on KS longer than anything around 80% all the time
