I’d like to commend Staff Letitia and the rest of the forum organizers for a wonderful job holding the recent Summer Fanart contest, it couldn’t have gone any better! Thank you for the effort of pushing improvement on holding contests for us.
My suggestions have already been forwarded to Leti through a private thread but I would reiterate some of them here.(literally copy pasted)
A few events that might spark your ideas for future forum contests. some are suggested by fellow players as well:

Fan costume event: designing an outfit using a provided 3d model or base, and a theme

Events utilizing screenshots in game such as designing postcards with written letters, the Organizers will provide a simple template for the participants to use as a format, and to keep uniformity among entries.

Cooking recipe contest inspired by in game lore / environment / occasion, provided a theme.

Caption contest: Organizers provide a photo/screenshot/art or anything at all related to ToS and let players submit a caption for it. this can also be a haiku or poem making!

Remix composition / Lyrics contest inspired by a theme related to ToS, could even promote groups of players collaborating on one entry.

You should consider giving participation prizes to every participant.

Maybe last 5 participants (popular votes) receive their participation prizes just so there’s no “stick figure” entries.

I said everyone that submitted content.
Anyways, it’s up to IMC reward and judge what is bullcrap and what is legit.
Stick figures are awesome.
I would suggest people to submit stick comics.
But people in this forum only appreciate moe-anime style.
