It’s already one week guy, we saw sh*t load of problem but that OK, it’s not a fault to have problem but it’s a fault if it’s left unfix.
So this is my feedback of all problem I’m encounter so far and my suggestion on how to fix it.

1.Server overload and bottleneck
As you already know, Klaipeda and Orcha servers have an excessive amount of population.
IMC you try to reduce this by open new servers but it’s didn’t help much, do you know why? It’s because alot of players already claim their Founder items on Klaipeda and Orcha already, so they not going to throw away their founder item and go to new server. The only way to solve this is you have to “Move them”.
I’m suggest to begin one-time-server transfer as soon as possible will be the best solution.
2.Market
The market now have 48hrs. delay to recieve your money, I see this as a “Pointless” action to fight goldseller.
I knew it ,you had done this to prevent goldseller to trade with their customer by market, but at this point I must say it’s not effective and it’s annoying normal player more than the golderseller , trust me.
I suggest to remove this entirely, it’s not working why keep them?
3.Dungeon limit
I have to say 2 +1 with Token is a bit too less.
I think 3+1 with token is a fair amount in my opinion.
4.Token price
It’s still not confirm yet on how much 30 days Token will cost, but I have to tell you this $20 for 30 Day subscription is unreasonable, it’s too expensive.
Every mmo I played so far have an average price of $10 for 30days for their subscription, and ToS should be the same.
5.Goldseller spaming megaphone
This give heavy load on chat server to the point that it’s effect gameplay. The best way to fix this in a long run I suggest you to put a restriction to buy or to use megaphone. The best I can think of is limit it to be can only use by character with Lv100 and above, or at lease rank 5.
This will make goldseller can’t spamming their ad with newly made character anymore. And if they manage to botting their chara to lv100, just ban them, it’s should take their time to do it again.
and also, words limit and megaphone cooldown between used is a must.
6.Mouse mode
I have good experience using mouse mode. the the main problem I have is sometime the hitbox of the object or NPC is so small to the point that I can’t click on it at all. And some quest that require you to click on a monster first to apply some spell on them it’s didnt work, because it’s will become a auto attack instead. All of these can solve by change to keyboard mode temporary but of course it’s annoying.
7.Pre-made party EXP in dungeon.
Why the hell pre made party is geting lower EXP rate than auto matching party? This is just nonsense what ever how you look at it. Please change it to have equal EXP rate .
