All about Alchemist Crafting Skill Information

Hmm I don’t have wiz 3 so I can’t say it for sure.
But from skill info it seem like this skill work with cast time only.
While alchemist craft skill isn’t casting but using time to make.

Well this makes me think Combustion could be good to level up.Do you know at all if Alchemist is repeated in the next circle or two? Like rank 7 or 8?

I was talking about that with my KR friend once and they say it could be possible in future. Right now I don’t know because no one I know is at that point yet.

after your testing time, could you use the skill simulator and tell us, which skill you would lvl at what lvl and why? Would be helpful since I’m still stuck at what to max and what not.

Do you mean skill in all of my job or just alchemist job?

If for every job I have made thread about it at here > 11 Days Journal of Wiz > Pyro > Sorc > Alchemist [All skill explain+experience]

If for alchemist, A must skill you need to max is tincturing because you can craft potion with it.
good skill to have is Gem Roaster and Item Awakening.

  • Gem Roaster you can max it too because it’s useful for gem + open up shop to make money.
  • Item awakening you can left it at 1 or max it since this effect only how many people can go inside dungeon with you. Careful because high level gear will be hard to do alone…

Briquetting you can have it too if you like to play with luck. Because this have chance to decrease Min/Max ATK. And it’s all random even you redo it, it might got decrease again.

I’m not suggest to get dig, combustion and magnum opus for this moment
unless there’s a change patch to improve skill from IMC.

no just alchemist and what really worked out and what was a mistake in terms of going over lvl 1.
Since 15 Points aren’t much for this class, and I have the hardest time on where to place them in this class expect having the attack skill and Briqu at lvl 0

If you prefer crafting and make money get > Tincturing, Gem Roasting and Item Awakening.

Magnum Opus will be very interesting skill once it work. sadly that it’s not work yet for now.

Tincturing, Gem Roasting and Item Awakening FTW!

Do stats have any effect on better dig materials or better gem roasting, item awaking or any or these kind of skills?

nope Stat not add anything (except combustion skill dmg?).
Skill level effect those craft skill only.

Something I noticed after looking at the video (awakening) (THIS IS PURELY A HYPOTHESIS, DON’T TAKE THIS AS FACT YET)

In case of the leather earth glove (item level 76) starts
off with lvl 76 monsters and the subsequent waves were 77 and 78 (Only see 3 waves because that is all that is shown in the 2min video). The final boss is level 105 (I will assume that there are 29 monsters wave and 1 boss wave). You can guess the level of every wave and including the boss if you know item level of the item your awakening

Item level (not to be confused with required level to use that equip)
Level of Monster on the x wave = item level + ( x wave
number-1)

Boss level = item level + 29

Leather Earth Glove (item level 76)

1st wave= level 76 monsters

2nd wave = level 77 monsters

29th wave= level 104 monster

Boss monster= level 105 boss

Tomb Gloves (item level 89) (hypothetically) (or any other equip)

1st wave = level 89 monsters

2nd wave = level 90 monsters

29th wave= level 117 monsters

Boss monster= level 118 boss

In other words, you have hint of what monster levels you can expect to fight if you know item level. (note: is my guess based on what i can see in the 2min video and boss fight video). Can you confirm this is true? @xxforbidden405 Maybe star ratings and item rarity could affect the incremental level increase each wave.

I’m sorry I can’t include any clip and I don’t have more leather earth gloves to try it again.

Each wave will +1 lv of monster.

As for Tomb Gloves (lv.75/4 Stars/Blue) it did start at lv89 monster. However the wave didn’t stop at 30 and keep continued after 30 minute end. Boss is at lv128 (40 waves).

I can offer up to lv40 because it took too long for each item and I’ll die doing it alone. x_x
I have no database of item level so I can’t check about it.

Hopefully this clear up about how many wave for items. Since these pattern gonna be repeat for higher level/higher tier.

Awakening Dungeon Simple Calculations! (if data is accurate)

Note: item level is not to be mistaken for level requirement to use the item

Total waves = 5star rating item grade (item background)

common = 1| blue = 2 | purple = 3 | orange = 4 (Where credit is due xxforbidden405)

Level of Monster on the xth wave = item level + (x wave number - 1)

Boss level (in final wave) = item level + (total waves - 1)

1st wave= 598 level monsters
99th wave = 696 level monsters
Boss wave (100th wave) = 697 level boss vomit blood here

Monster wave=[598, 599, 600, 601, 602, 603, … 695, 696] (99 waves of monsters)
Boss wave = 697 (100th and final wave)

Have to note like that cause there’s nothing else to do while wait for next wave…
Seriously I wish they change it to be something that’s more excite than sitting and wait for next wave and repeat. maybe fight boss floor to floor, etc.

…But I know if it’s high level thing it’ll be excite as hell because we have to run around and try survive
I’m doing with my 170 staff and monster filled room very fast because I can’t kill em all in time before next wave.

Well your suffering wasn’t for naught.
With your data, people have the formula to basically predict how many waves to expect, the level ranges of said waves, and the level of the final bosses. (Moral for alch: If you intend to awaken high level items then level up your awaken skill!)

May i ask what the final bosses were for those items?

I guess that’s why they have the 20% attack boost attribute?

Then again, it’s a question whether you can clear all 100 waves within that 30 min…

Higher awaken surely require if plan to awake higher level item (so more ppl can go with you)
However… Awaken skill lv won’t effect to option at all…
or even item level or rarity itself… seem like this is all giving by random…

lv1 skill = ATK plant armor type 1, Magic Amp 8
lv5 skill = 2 crit rate (on that orange staff… wtf???), Dark resist 6, Atk fluid armor type 22 (on lv1 sword), HP 1, Phy def 5, Crit rate 11 (on lv15 rod), INT 2, ATK on medium size 13, Lightning Resist 1,

Final boss are all random.

It can go longer than 30 minute. after 30 minute end wave will still continue.
Because no matter how fast you kill them, They’ll spawn next wave as time fix (maybe 1 min/wave? idk)

But for item that have very long waves you’ll either die by monster or by boredom… :joy:
