Click here for Actions Against Illegal Silver Acquisition and Market Abuse
- All players who have deliberately listed items at a high price on the market for the purpose of profit or transferring silver between accounts have been and will continue to be banned as the investigation progresses.
-
I expect much more bans because this list is not even half the players who took advantage of the silver bug in the market and are well-known people on the Silute server
-
There are people who have spent silver with passive skills
-
A great example that the Staff is not calling the players is that we have some examples on the Silute server. A player named Highwin has always lived AFK in the game Dungeons and NEVER WAS BANED. All Brazilian players know this player for the same reason: HE IS AFK IN THE DUNGEONS
7 people only on Klai? Is that so far or the total list as you “continue investigation” on just those 7? This is a joke right?
Look at the logs posted on the thread, there’s so many names.
No, it means 7 got banned for direct involvement and more will be investigated and banned if found guilty…
You mean they are currently banned while being investigated?
“- All players who have deliberately listed items at a high price on the market for the purpose of profit or transferring silver between accounts have been and will continue to be banned as the investigation progresses.”
yes and more people will get banned as they continue their investigation, don’t be fooled by the small list…
also banned an addition of 259 accounts on the basis of the IP’s the directly involved accounts have connected from:
the list is just of the main culprits…
I think we’re reading it differently. It’s poorly constructed sentence and worded. Their notice says
- "banned 46 accounts for direct involvement in the illegal acquisition of silver and market abuse "
- “an addition of 259 accounts on the basis of the IP’s the directly involved accounts have connected from”.
That makes me think the 46 accounts had the hack and made 259 more accounts to directly abuse it and spread it out. This has nothing to do with the people who put items on the market at high prices.
The last sentence says:
“- All players who have deliberately listed items at a high price on the market for the purpose of profit or transferring silver between accounts have been and will continue to be banned as the investigation progresses.”
Meaning it has nothing to do with the 46 or 259 numbers, and its separate from those. This is how I am reading it and am trying to find a way to confirm that the people who put up high priced items are currently banned while they investigate further.
like 2 weeks agoI put:
tiksline velcoff shield for 70M
tiksline velcoff mace for 80M
over 250 raid portal tokens for like 200k each
all these even at a barely low price and now i lost almost 110M because you toke this items/silver from my acount. its this fair ?? I do something wrong ? why i spend months farming to roll the f***ng velcoff cube to get this items if you do this to me.
IMO it would’ve been a better solution to delete the items, the silver, and give adequate amounts of attribute point tickets to the players, so even those who did abuse and are further being investigated upon can’t do anything with the silver if it wasn’t taken from them and/or they are not banned from the server when the server comes back online.
I can see how IMC is trying its hardest to do it without damaging the players, but it takes way too long, and people will probably still lose the market fees for putting up the items.
Also, given the market will be first empty and then probably overfilled with items, we will have a hard time trying to sell them again.
By converting legal deals into attribute points, you help the legit players while saving the economy from crashing.
Hey,
are the servers online already? When I try to connect it says that the maintenance is still going on.
Thanks
Kind regards,
Alatariel
no, they are doing another temporary maintenance, there is no set time when it will finish.
Okay, thanks for the answer. I hope that the problem is fixed soon. How dumb can people be to destroy a game with damn hacks… Feels bad!
well, i guess not all can be repair, the point of a hacking and exploit is to screw things up, like when you have an accident in real life, not everything will be back to the same before it happens. I think they are doing the work with the ppl they have to avoid regular players to suffer more problems.
Wow! This is an amazing act!
Perhaps those that are listed are the one’s who’ve been selling their silver for money or alike.
It’s like the drug seller.
Other accounts may just bought once or so.
Also, evidence is critical. They need to keep on studying the acts in their logs and not everything can be assumed guilty.
It would be offending on the suspect side and lose more people on the way.
Still, this is nice. Keep it up IMC!

You have my compliments IMC, before second maintenance I checked my characters just to see that I had almost all my silver, some millions were missing, but now after the second maintenance, I checked again and I noticed that you actually managed to put the silver I had missing back into my account without me even saying anything about it, people always are ready to talk â– â– â– â– about the company when they do something bad, so when they actually do good I would like them to give them some praise as well.
Good Job IMC.
Same here, Very good job.
In general I am fine too with how they solved the issue so far. First of all it wasn’t totally their mistake that the abuse happened. You can not create a game that is 100% safe against hackers. And in addition they solved the issue relatively fast. And from what I can see so far all abusers got punished. Nevertheless there are some things that failed, which you can see in some of the other posts here. As following I would rate the work done by IMC with 8,5 out of 10 points. Good Job @Gms/Decs&Admins
Kind regards,
Alatariel
