How about this…

Step 1.
Have the system keep track if you use the same 20+ character phrase more than 3 times in the course of 2 minutes

Step 2.
Once your account is flagged for meeting the threshold of using the same 20+ character phrase more than 3 times in the course of 2 minutes it then either…
A. blocks the user from repeating that phrase again for 5 minutes “You’ve said that too many times”
or
B. The user is allowed to input the phrase but nobody sees it. Basically nobody but the user will see that phrase if repeated too often.
or
C. The user is warned he’s repeated a phrase too often and that subsequent attempts to use that phrase may result in being muted (at first for 3 minutes then 10 then 30+ if they keep doing it
or
D. once a player is flagged as having used a phrase too often they then become vulnerable to MUTING, AFTER a person reports them as a bot,either completely for a duration or where people can’t hear what they say…

There are tons of bots in lowbie maps as Gele Plateau , server Kaipedia channel 3, 4 and 5, I already reported them , just fyi.

that’s what RMT is – “Real Money Trade” (or Trader / Trading).

an outside company runs bots in a game
bots farm for silver and items
players pay real money to the company, company gives them in-game currency and/or items.

this is against the terms of use for… pretty much every MMO ever.
GM’s can ban basically ANYONE who breaks the terms of use.

most games have a fairly well defined code of appropriate punishments based on severity of the rules they broke, and the punishments escalate if the player continues to break the rules.
things like… 3 day ban, then week ban, then month ban, then permanent ban…
this could also be along side with removal of any illegitimately gotten items/currency, and so on.

have you uninstalled the game yet? try these

  1. Log out your steam
  2. Log-in steam and let it update.
  3. Install the game.

If you were able to play the game after installation, well and good. But if not:

  1. verify game cache

and or

  1. Uncheck the DLC Package (if you have any) installed and run the game
