Oh no, not the Permanant Ban not yet, we’re still under retrieiving process on irregular dropped items.
After the procedure is completed, many ppl should be okay and have their compensation by holding their account and the protections shall be lifted too.

Are you guys going to respond to the tickets of the players who’s accounts are still being restricted? We’d like to at least know what’s going on. I understand you need to remove items on my account that dropped because of the DPK bug, but I would at least like the comfort of knowing that’s what’s happening. Especially because my entire guild is now being held back because I can’t start our guild raids, which are extremely valuable. We’re losing a lot by not being able to run them.
