Experiencing the same issues. Sent in two tickets on the 4th and the 5th. No reply to either of them.
Such terrible customer service from IMC. They totally leave you in the dark about what is actually going on.

The least they should do was keep us informed and show that they really are trying to solve it, and not stay at that whole delay! Patience, I think we’ve already waited a long time.
They did not even answer my ticket of 2 days ago. Really sad
