After 4 thousand hours of game, this is the treatment that the company gives the player … total neglect
They gave up on us… 
they can’t investigate 200 accounts in 2 days. total incompetence
The least they should do was keep us informed and show that they really are trying to solve it, and not stay at that whole delay! Patience, I think we’ve already waited a long time.
They did not even answer my ticket of 2 days ago. Really sad

They’re just people, with accounts that they dosnt even know whats happening, be more kind, do an announcement for then.
