Abuse of shard "infini"

Faced with the IMC’s way of “apologizing” to players by sending 2000 “candy” from the Halloween event to the players’ mailbox, including accounts created as of 11/14/2017, which should not happen because these new players nor were they “injured” by the incompetence of creating an event without bugs and gaps to use malicious programs. It became so easy to get shards, Create a new account, collect the prizes in the mail, exchange for the 15 boxes of shards of the halloween event. Do this countless times and you’re ready to have your equipment transcended without any “effort” since then you only have to trade the goods after a few days and get lvl 40 in a few minutes.
And the solution to this error is simply to block and leave like this?
Who has already benefited all well then?
In the DPK error rollback was done to retrieve the items and did not affect the game economy. The error of the candy in a certain way will affect economy, whether it is smaller or not, than the DPK error. Why not take the same step and roll back the server again or delete the fake accounts created on 11/14/2017 to use an IMC error which is not new to anyone in the game …

Agreed with all your points but this.
There was no roll back for it. Individual accounts were restricted and the items were manually removed by IMC (and rewarding them in turn for this abuse).

IMC already took steps and disabled the 2k candies retrieval. Also new accounts who were trying to abuse this still have 1 week restriction for trades (1st time ever i feel its a decent enough feature).
So IMC can actually retrieve back if they handle it like DPK bug.
