The skill with zero cooldown like the Fletcher skill, has a hidden cooldown or depend the attack speed or i can spam 1000 time per second (?) or how they work (?)

some1 hasnt eat his souls this morning …0 CD means spamable , but archers SP is so limited that even with potion u cant spam anything for long periods
also the ping … somehow … make u… unspamable…

For 0 second cooldown skills, they don’t have cooldowns so you can use them as fast as your character does the animation, so if you can do it 2 times per seconds, then you can do it that many times per second as long as your SP can sustain it.
TLDR; You can cast use them as fast as you want until your SP is depleted.
i know about the SP, then if i can use the skill 10 times per second while my sp are enough. no depend attack speed.
It’s based on the animation of your skill.
