About the Skill problem

Bug Description :

Dear sir:
I’m very like Swordsman especially Murmillo.

When IMC create Murmillo C2, I find the problem for the skill - “Shield Train”.
And, I forget when did it start, the skill - “Swash Buckling” have problem too.

Please to help me to check and repair.

1. When I use skill - “Swash Buckling” :
   All of the monster sometimes not attack and move for me. Sometimes they have some(Maybe 5 or 6) come to me, after 2 or 3 second they not to do anything.

2. When I use skill - “Shield Train” :
   The monster sometimes not in front of my character, sometimes not all in front of my character.

Sir, I don’t know what happened.
When I’m go in “Support” , choose “G+ LOG IN WITH GOOGLE+”.
It’s always “Error Occureed 31”, not only me but also my friend.

Please to help me to check and repair.

Swashbuckling bug

basically the secondary part of the skill which increases your maximum targets(aggro cap) for 35 seconds doesnt always pop off, its like a 60% chance that the buff wont show up in the buff bar and therefore wont work… dont know if this happening for anyone else, buts its annoying af, since i cant pull all the mobs i want. basically the same bug as what running shot was having a couple of months ago since most of pelts worth is in swashbuckling i would consider this to be a major bug. Not getting additional max aggro count while taunting monsters causes this. It’s because swash buff isn’t applied

I got the information from “Tree of Savior Support”.
They provided some workarounds for me.

Right click on Tree of Savior (English Ver.)
Click on Properties
Click Local Files tab
Click Verify Integrity of Game Cache

I do it but the issue still persist after this workaround.
I don’t know how to use “SUPPORT” contact they again for same Tickets’ Title.
(Did I need to send in a Support Ticket again ? It’s is not convenience.)

oh, I forgot…, besides the normally map, when I go in to “Monument of Desire Dungeon”
the skill “Swash Buckling” have same problem too.
(When I stay at middle of that MAP.)
I’ll take Video at next time.
