I am planning on doing a ranger3>rogue3>scout>piper for TBL when the update comes, but id like to know just how well is ranger holding up now? Is the damage acceptable? Is the feint+barrage combo still working? And furthermore, what exactly do the sure victory debuff from the new spiral arrow does?

Yeah so i found out. Its a stacking debuff that increases hit count up to +11 hits, probably +2 hits per stacks. As far as damage, by my calculations feint + Barrage combo is monstrous for low rank classes, overall with attributes and stuff i managed to get 29k% damage burst damage overall. Sounds pretty ok to me and ill stick to this build plan \o/
Steady Aim attribute reduces your final critical chance to 0 while sneak hit add it, no idea about it.
