Hi guys, i would like to start saying that I really love the game, but the gameplay is starting making me feel like I may play less and less if IMC does not solve some major complaints. I will try to be fast and direct:

Gameplay is not shining for players (in South America, where I can speak for), and the reason may be linked to some poor net coding in game and of course routing. When playing NA servers most of us to the south of equator get no stable connection nor good latency. Values like 350 ms to 600 ms are not an exception. this leads to a poor game experience unfortunatelly.

When you gave us the SA server it was a great move, delighting the customers here. So sad that Amazon in Brazil didn’t achieve a good service. I can’t speak who’s the fault is, but it didn’t work, for sure. So we are now pushed back to the NA servers, and of course, keeping a average to bad experience. IMC said it is temporary move, but how much is it? I hope not to much.

Engine optimization. I will not lie, most of us are waiting for brutal GvG’s, War of emperium (Ragnarok) or Guild Wars like, but when the game can’t handle 50 chars casting skills at Dullahan boss… what to wait? In this matter, I known IMC has pronounced, so I wait with full hope.

Some classes has some too op skills. A 15 sec sleep for a elementalist or a nearly 100% stun Stone shot with no CD… C’mon. Yes we have the dispeller, but I think that this kind of thing should be revised… Make a low CD for dispeller and make skills not so OP.
I hope for the best game, saying as a customer who wants to play with IMC for a long time.
