Anyone look at new skills of the reiter 3? I felt really disappointed when i saw it. 1 min cd forward shot? No attribute? Wild shot still garbage? Hopefully retreat shot lvl 15 can compensate. Toughts?

Yeah the CD is long. However, the one thing i see that is interesting is the Limacon Buff - Moving while shooting gun (AA) + Spread (AOE). Does this mean that if you are a QS3 you can use the gun while running shot and 1 bullet can hit 2-3 mobs? That would be cool.
Don’t think so. Limacon only works with your offhand, and running shot only buffs your main hand
i really dont get the 1 min cd. There are others skill with 8000 base attack with 30 sec
Well objectively speaking, SR will still be rather powerful and FS is still a neat power spike no matter which way you cut it for us SR mainers to our already not super impressive skillset. Some people just feel the disappointment because they got all hyped from Korea ET and FS preview and now they are back to earth but until we actually play it, I guess we have to wait and see. I agree that the 1 min CD is long but may be reduced in future who knows.
I don’t think Limacon and Caracole will become incredible skills even with the upgrades to them but these two skills need any improvements they can get since they are seriously underused.
Wild Shot is still crap of course, but we still gotta use it because it’s straight DPS.
Concentrated Fire 15 and RS 15 is a given, and RS will still be the ‘wall skill’ it always is. These two skills define SR1 C1-C2.
Oh and I like the new ‘Maneuver’ skill (sarcasm intended). Never mind that we don’t get a single movement speed up skill at all and we can’t charge CF and WS while moving, now we get to reduce our Mov SPD for evasion, awesome stuff IMC, hey, we are supposed to be the mobility specialized archer right? Are you guys high or what?
