Here is A2 R2 F3 build:
DEX:STR should be 2:1 or 3:1. Crit rate is very important since your STR is low. You also can go for Full DEX if you can earn enough sliver to upgrade skill attributes.
And here is my current build:
I will reset skill later and put only 1 point on bodkin and broadhead. STR:DEX currently is 2:1. Quite powerful but lack of crit rate. Maximum crit dmg is about 8-10k dmg. 20-40% crit chance
He can just go for STR / DEX 1:1ā¦
barrage lvl 10 ? why? max barrage asap.
barrage lv10 and lv15 has no difference when you reach fletcher. I almost forget rangerās skills when barbed and crossfire is too good to use. The only skill of ranger I still usually use is critical shot for saving arrows.

I just wonder if you have ever played Fletcher to C3 or just watch people play 
oh by the way, my fletcher only lv226, lv10 barrage and it causes 3k dmg per hit.

As I have said: if you get F2, go for F3. Or, you can replace fletcher class by other classes.
For muskeeter with A2, I think QS3 and scout 1 will be the best option with full DEX build. If you like ranger. A1 R3 then Scout 1 and falcon 1 will be better for PvP and also PvE.

3k? lol I did this on lvl 150~155. But I dont know what items you have, so ymmv.
My point is just this: if you are ranger c3 > fletcher c3 there is NO reason to not max barrage.
Seems to me like the skill damage from twin arrow is only applied to only the first shot. The 2nd shot will based purely on your patk.
At least thatās how it is with barbed arrow, so Iām assuming the same here based on your description.
You do realize going from barrage 10 to barrage 15 increases the skill damage by only 150.
So that means if youāre doing 3k damage with barrage 15, youād do 2.85k damage with barrage 10.
Itās really small. Meanwhile for that 150 extra damage, you gave up a 25% crit rate buff, a buff that applies to fletcher skills as well.

You do realize that you are misssing spiral arrow and some steady aim damage, and bounce shot (saving arrows sometimes), etc?
Its not only barrage x 25% crt ratebuff, there is other trades that you do choosing archer c2.
And the missing damage on barrage is way more than your math, there is 3x overheats, 5 hits.
One question to you: whats your ping? with high ping barrage is way worst than with low ping. Just saying.
LoL 3k dmg per arrow when v150-155? even when you are full STR, there is no way you can reach that dmg. Try to tell something real dude. =))
Sipralās arrow cd is too long to be relevant in dps.
Bounce shot is not good
Barrage 15 with 3 overheat? Congrats you just did 2.25k extra damage over 17 seconds, amazing. Simply amazing.
Clearly you didnāt get the memo that Ranger 3 was only the best build in Korea because Steady aim was about 10x stronger, with the Steady Aim nerf thereās no real reason to go beyond Ranger 2 if it means giving up swift step crit rate buff.

There. LvL 127 old picture with +0 120 weapon and crap items. @muitenphale1995 happy now? that mob is MEDIUM (dmg penality for archers), PLATE ARMOR (AGAIN, penality), HIGH DEF HIGH CRITICAL RESIST for that level. I was able to do around 7k dmg on ideal conditions on a barrage hit. Just a tip: small flying mobs leather armor type.
@sudonim7 Im aware of the nerf. spiral arrow hits like a truck. every single sipral arrow can get bonus damage from bless, or any otther bonus for every hit, even with high cd its ok.
BTW, Steady aim nerf 45% to 20 %, 15 s to 10s. TEN TIMES stronger? Its is still usefull man. The CD is not that big.
Ymmv, choose archer c2 if you want, but both archer c2 and ranger c3 are ok on fletcher builds. How much critical rate pure value your Swf step is giving to you?
R3>A3 if you are going for F3, Swift step attribute is a joke,spiral arrow is strong afā¦ and steady aim is really nice even with our nerf.

oh yeah, I am so happy now. my barrage is so buggy with just 3k dmg that I hardly use it because barbed cause 10k with no CD

P/S: I messed up my fletcher skills, not Ranger. Iām happy with it

Ok! Final decision! i thought my topic was gonna be simple, but i think thats a lot to know about the classes, soā¦ i made two builds which one do you prefer?
STR 2:1 DEX in both builds 60 CON and a little bit SPR 30 max
A2>R2>F3
A3>R1>F3
