A2-QS3-Next ? (Falcon/Fletcher/Wugu)

Hi, I’ve been reading some posts on what should i choose for next rank after QS3. At first i thought im going A2-QS3-Falc1-Musk. But then comes rank 8 and im dead set on getting mergen for rank 8 (i think some of u could guess why). So i scratch the idea of taking musk route.

Now, im kinda confused of what i should get for rank 6&7. So i searched again, and putting my choice to be either Falc2, Fletch 2, or Wugu2. I kinda dont want SR (although i know it’s good) since SR would need a companion and i dont have character slot left (which i dont know if Falcon gonna take a slot as well). Another reason would be i heard it’s better to take SR3 if u already have SR2, which means i cant take mergen.

So, i need some “wise words” that can help convince me which class to choose. What’s the pros and cons. Thanks in advance!

Falcon need slot and falconerC2 isn’t good, the dmg is low long cd etc. for falconer either go all the way falcon3 for support role or falcon1 to support either cannon or musket

fletcher magic arrow lv 5 and 10 make a lot dmg gap(15vs25 hits), but maybe viable(but I think if you want fletcher you should go all the way to C3 at R7 qs3fletcher3 isn’t mainsteam fletcher but I see some people in action I think the build is viable build)

Wugu2-3 is okay because no weapon restriction and mergen skills may trigger wu gong gu well.

Falconer 1 help alot with aoe for Musket and it a pretty common build with QS because you can just start doing whatever QS do (Running shot) while in Cooldown

SR is pretty much the same except it more focus on mob clearing than Single/Few target

Both Falconer and SR Need a slot. Be sure to do event, they give free tp in mystery reward time to time (Hunter event first one > 20TP, for exemple)
Soo with time 33Tp isn’t too hard to get.With time… (Be sure to count the 5 free tp too)

You could also go scout>musket/cannoner (No pet need and scout have is utility and is really good if you plan to do some pvp)

I would lean towards Wugu2 out of those 3… the main thing that made me decide against it though on my own QS is because of other Wugu being able to overwrite your poison on the same targets.

Instead, I somehow ended up making a build that goes like A2-QS3-Rogue1-Ranger1-Mergen1 (currently at Rogue1) but Ranger1 at rank 7 whaaaaat!? It sounds a bit crazy to myself but I believe it’ll do what I need it to do, and I have my reasons for not picking a different class instead. (playstyle, synergy, stat investment, etc.) Just see it as the (in)famous A2-Ranger1-Scout3-Rogue1 but replace Scout3 with QS3 instead. lol

How about … reroll, you are at rank 5 (or 4), still early to reroll ? According to tosbase all Mergen skill require 2h bow, while QS need grand cross to be strong, weapon switch is really troublesome (and i feel QS power is not enough for lvl 220+)

If you really like Mergen, you should create a new char with Mergen is the center of your build. Your current QS3 can be turn into Musket 2/SR3 when you tired of Mergen

If it were me, I will go with A2>X>X>Fletcher3>Mergen. Mergen look like have good AoE but don’t have any boss killer, Fletcher will support that

i see. i would like to go fletcher 3 but currently already taking archer 2, so cant go fletcher 3

yeah, already got some free tp, though i’m still not sure if i wanna use it to get items or to add slot. i would go musket if rank 8 class not good enough, but somehow i like mergen so no musket/cannon

after read above posts, i think i wont take falcon. so yea maybe wugu, but still need time to think. and it did cross my mind to take ranger into consideration, but seeing some people say rank 2 or 3 wont do much on late game, im not sure if it would be good choice to choose lower rank

currently im on rank 5. i would like to reroll if i still have much time, but seeing my laptop cant go on for too long recently and since i already put most of my online time to lvl 2 chars, i just dont wanna waste time to reroll. but thanks for the advice :slight_smile:

anyway, i still have about 40 lvls before changing to rank 6. so any suggestion still welcome :slight_smile:
