a few issues i would say
Wugushi C2 poison will be cover by Wugushi C3 poison
which is a big issue in world boss, lesser in dungeon
and SR retreat shot AOE is fixed to skill level, SR 1 could only hit 5 mobs
i am at no place to judge good or bad, but as a Wugushi 3, i would say if going Wugushi, go all the way to C3
im only playing for pvp, i dont do boss hunting
SR1 is a terrible pvp class, Cannon is way better.
You also need at least 1 rank in scout to be pvp viable.
A good example of a pvp build would be:
A1 QS3 Rogue1 Scout1 Cannon1.
