nope. only 1 gem can be applied to any skill. so max skill is lvl16 (regardless of cleric buff which gives +1 level, reaching lvl9 RS : +2 GC, +1 Gem, +1 Might)
but I have seen the Pardoner’s buff, Aspersio reaches lvl17. i dont have idea what happened there. oh well

gem +1 and Divine Might +1, so 17 skill lvl
I mean Pardoner’s buff is the one being sold at lvl17, is it because of that Divine Might?
well if that so why I haven’t seen Blessing lvl17 or Sacrament lvl12?
ya, if you could find Blessing and Sacrament gem, then you can make itu to 17 and 12 level, but if Divine Might run out, skill still show as 17 lvl but what you buy is only 16 lvl
