No punishing the player for bots instead of finding a way to stop the bots is not excusable. 18 dollars for premium is more than wow. Right now both are behind a paywall. This you need to at least spend 10 dollars. Losing customers is worse than having bots spam. Spam can be dealt with, trying to get people to come back is a lot harder. The marketplace will survive with only 1h times and less restrictions. The people who jack up the economy are not bots, but actual players who “play the markets” which is actually fair and should be allowed even though its kind of shitty. Stop passing the buck onto the player for the failings of the company. They shouldnt ■■■■ over the player at all. Its like how people are being ■■■■■■ over with DRM. It hurts everyone but the pirates. This is hurting everyone but the bots since they just have to run a script.
Well your argument doesnt quite work because in TOS you cannot flip recipes and materials they can only be traded 1 time before they are untradeable. So the only flipping that can occur on the ah is vie premium weapons which are extremely few and far between and still lose potential each “flip”.
So yeah the 48hr rule is stupid.
- Why can I not trade without premium? Why is there a silly limit of
trading WITH premium? I get not trading currency, but not even items -
really?
Because there needs to be an incentive for players to purchase the tokens. This game plays perfectly fine without trading.
- Why can’t I use Team Storage? Why is this a feature locked behind a
premium token? I can’t even give my alts all the gear that dropped for
them. I’m not going to pay for premium to just get this feature.
Because there needs to be an incentive for players to purchase the tokens.
- It’s about ~$18 a month to pay for premium too. LOLWAT? I’ve never
paid that much for a singular subscription - even to a triple-A title.
That’s ridiculous.
I agree, the price should be cheaper, at most 15$ a month to be in line with other P2P and F2P game subscriptions.
- There’s this really annoying bug that happens when you switch
characters, where “map completion” is shown for the previous character.
Makes it impossible to complete the map without closing the game and
re-opening it. Super annoying.
It’s a bug and will be fixed.
- Why are Megaphones still in game? Isn’t it obvious that disabling
them until you can make them exploit-proof will solve a significant lag
issue for the entire playerbase, while removing the ability for RMT-ers
to spam the ever-loving-■■■■ out of us? What is the justification for
not disabling this by now?
They are just about to restrict megaphones to level 40+ characters in the latest patch, if this is not strict enough I’m sure they will implement further restraints. There is nothing inherently wrong with megaphones and you have the option to turn them off both on the top of the screen and in chat.
- If I organize a party for running a dungeon with friends, family or
acquaintances - I should not be penalized for doing so. Yet you would
rather I don’t party with them at all, and join the random-queue, just
to get 600% exp. Why is a self-made party only worth 450% bonus? They
should either both be 600%, or the bonuses should be switched.
The reason it is 600% for dungeon finder and 450% for premade is because premades are easier and will rush through the dungeon much faster then pugs, they also have a much smaller chance of failure. Although I would be fine if they made them both 600%.
- Fix the stupid statue in Orsha. It’s got a single pixel worth of
clickable space at any point in time, so god damned frustrating.
This is actually a bug with pets standing on the statue, so when you go to talk to the statue it instead makes you interact with a pet. Change channels to find a statue with no pet under it and it will work. But I’m sure this will be fixed in a later patch.
- Why are the spawn rates so crappy? Some monsters spawn so quickly
that you can’t kill them all before they’re running at you again -
whereas others seem to be on 10+ minute respawns. This is artificially
bottle-necking players if they happen to be quest mobs too.Mob prioritization system needs fixing.
The current patch is going to buff spawn rates, if they are still not hgih enough I’m sure they will buff it again.
- Right now you don’t get kill credit or loot if its your mob in multiple situations. Linkers don’t get tagging rights if they Joint Penalty, which is ridiculous.
Also, if you don’t do the most damage, you don’t get the loot. Why are
you screwing players who happen to not be the best at dealing damage?
The only times you get credit for a kill is if you deal the killing blow. I agree that a “tagging” system would be preferred but it just wouldn’t work in this type of game. How would you stop a lone player from following a grind group and stealing tags and then making them kill the mobs? They can just find you again in another channel. This is just the way it is and I am 99.99% sure it will stay that way.
All in all most of your complaints are about bugs that will be fixed or are being currently fixed. But it sounds like you have some issues with base mechanics of the game. This may just not be the MMO for you. There are alot out there and if every single one was the same then we would all be playing the same game. Certain aspects of this game are alot more hardcore/grindy then most western players are used to. If you are not having fun because of basic game mechanics then I would suggest you try a different game or learn to adapt.
Wow took a lot longer than I thought before a game-dev-wallet-protector showed up.
You can’t justify stripping away necessities from every player in order to push overpriced premium tokens. By that logic, why are they not removing the ability to advance ranks or travel between maps more than X number of times unless you’re premium? Sounds pretty ridiculous right? I would hope so because those ideas are retardedly money-grabish.
Thats how the rest of us feel about the current restrictions. You may think they are reasonable, but they aren’t.
I bought the 10 dollar pack and currently do not plan on buying token with real money. They don’t seem worth it to me at 18 dollars, and even at 15 dollars I still probably wouldn’t buy one. I am far from a “game-dev-wallet-protector”. I’m just tired of seeing a vocal minority try and turn every MMO that comes out into a carbon copy of every other MMO.
I honestly think the game is fine without player to player trading or team trading. I think getting kill credit only on killing blows is fine.
I know alot of people have posted on the forums complaining about a few of the issues you have raised but its a small vocal minority. I read that they had over 150,000 people buy at least 1 type of founders pack and the fact that there are around 30k players on at any given time supports a number near that. But even if its only 60-100k people. The amount of people I have seen in these forums and on reddit complaining hasen’t even reached a few hundred people yet.
I just don’t think devs should change their game to cater to what amounts to less then 1% of the player bases wants.
eh turn every MMO that comes out into a carbon copy?.. This game is already a carbon copy just has less features and feels more like a frustrating single player game.

Limiting Dungeon runs just for the sake of selling tokens? Sorry that’s one of the best part’s of MMO’s is the group content. WHY restrict it.
When i see other players in this game I think o great another asshat that’s gonna KS me non-stop. 90% of the time I’m thinking this plays like a single player game with other players here just to impede everyone else’s progress.
The logic that a basic feature should be moved behind a paywall just to force people to purchase something is bad design. If your designing a cash shop you want people to enjoy your game enough that they want to buy things from you not feel forced.
Imc must get this atupid restrictions out of the game if they want this to be a big and profitable game. As it stands now they will have 50k-100k players after the first month.add to this tjat onlly 2-10% of them will be paying costumers at all and it dont look good for imc.
Restrictions are never good .
Yes developers dont need to care what the community say.
Go google basic bisnes and see how companys need to react to complain from costumers.
1 persons complain is some where between 10-100 more people that didnt complained because they see some one did it for them.
As for imc snd tos steam ratings talking for them self.
