700 TP not credited

Bug Description : TP fails to credit to the account.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Buy TP
  2. Buy TP again
  3. Try it again
  4. There will be no TP.

It’s been almost a week since the purchase of 600 TP. Two $27 TP bundles for North America

They’ve yet to be credited to my account. By that I mean I’ve yet to be able to receive the TP through the client. This is the first time I’ve had this issue where it was prolonged for more than a few hours.

Two days ago I attempted to make a new purchase worth 100 TP, to see if it was just an isolated issue, but the same problem occurred. All purchases went through and processed properly on steams end as well as in my bank account.

It’s very clear that it’s an issue with the client. This issue is also affecting other players, as seen by the threads.

Despite a 4 support ticket history, I’ve not even gotten an ETA on when or how it will be handled.

Same here. I got the generic response with my support ticket too.
“We would like to inform you that there is a delay in claiming the TP
bundle you have purchased. We highly advise you to keep your character
on-line in the game for our system to continue processing the redemption
of your TP Bundles”

That’s all and good, but sitting afk while logged in for 48 hours and it’s still not there? This is a bug…

Cant they just send us manually and fix the problem by themself :confused: steam have 48hour limit on the refund too

I may have discovered the problem. This is happening to me too (Narcissus/Klaipeda).

The TP bundles are going into my Steam item inventory, but then show up as a blank item in the inventory. I just tested it again and it happened both times:


edit: It should be pointed out that this type of item doesn’t go there, ever. This is the first time it happened.

I also got the same BS auto-response and replied back first thing this morning (6 AM EST) and received no reply all day.

so there is no other way to redeem it?

same problem. waited for 3 days… and still waiting.
submitted 2 tickets and got the same “auto-response” for both times.

probably might try my luck in submitting a request for refund through steam tonight.

i don’t like the feeling of my money sitting there trapped in an unresolved issue…

Yeah I noticed that too. It was going into the inventory which it never did before. I think that’s part of the issue.

This was the response to my 4th ticket today. No ETA or anything. I can’t play the falconer I just rolled because I don’t have enough char slots. Can’t buy char slots without TP! I’ve made that point 3 times in my tickets, yet it’s never addressed.

Truly a shame.

Hah! That’s the exact same wording I got on my last ticket too, Kiragi.

According to Steam Inventory Detail info, there is some problem on valve system. Therefore, we are unable to investigate exactly what is the reason on it. Try to refund it from valve and Retry to purchase again. Thank you so much for your support and cooperation

Ya repurchasing hasn’t done anything for me. I’m waiting for steam to refund the purchases now.

It’s not like TP has always been problem free. There’s been flaws since day 1 :confused:
