i got the same thing this mornig and now i’m thinking in stop spending Money in TPS bundles and start spending in lawyers cause this is out of control by now
Ya before my purchases on Nov 4th all my purchases went thru fine. I just know lots of other people had small issues.

No resolution. Nothing.
same happened to me, imc support can’t fix anything and keeps spamming macros.
if you refund and buy again, exact same thing happens again

I’ve decided that IMC is just as powerless as us when it comes to this issue, so I’ve moved on from their support to steam. Just sent in my Steam Support ticket so hopefully they’ll be able to help…;
hopefully steam support got better…last time i used them they took 2 week to reply my ticket… let us know how it goes!
Its just dum that they make this 2 week goddes box event and they cant even fix how to sell the tp…
I actually opened a ticket with Steam support also since it very well could be an issue on their end, but no response yet.
Hopefully steam support dont take so long, but i dont think they can do anything 
Steam support actually normally does take much longer, but that’s the expectation so I’m not disappointed when I don’t receive a response in a day or two.
Just an update, I had finally received the TP just before the weekend, and today was compensated during maintenance (2 gachas and a tome).
Was actually impressed that there was compensation at all, tbh.
