mine too is missing, 15 wins 5v5 and 15 wins in 2v2

thank you for confirming, but some of us didnt yet receive the reward as you can see by others who replied to this post.

We’ve checked all the ticket in our system team.
Please note that some players participated on 2nd week team battle event only.
They will receive 2nd weekly rewards :slight_smile:
On our event announcement, we state that characters need to achieve 15 wins per week to qualify for the 300-point reward.

I got this problem in second week.
got 15 wins with 3.
Counting form last update
playing only 5v5
it was the only reason I played pvp at all
can’t use support because registration problem, and too tired to go deeper in another chain of problems…

Yep still missing. Did not receive rewards last week. And still no rewards too this time. Sigh.
600 points in my squire. 300 points in my cata…

i have over 15 wins in 5v5, participated on second week, and also didn’t get 300 points after weekly maintenance. :disappointed:

Finally got it. But only 600 points. Where is my last weeks 300 points? Sigh…
