300 Battle League points award Missing!

Is it just me or anyone else didn’t receive their award for TBL last week for more than 15wins? As you can see i have more than 60wins and also ranked 92 for the past wk’s ranking. I’ve looked at my char screen mail but no award given. :cry: :cry: :cry:

The ‘Survival and Victory’ Event
Characters with more than 15 Team Battle League wins during the past week will receive 300 Battle League Points.

  • A consumable item will be given to people via in-game GM message to allow players to receive the points.
  • Use the item to receive 300 Points which can be used to purchase items from the Team Battle League shop.
    IMPORTANT : You will be able to receive more than 1 item per character, but the item will be untradable once it is received. Please be careful when receiving the item.

as you can see whether its a 2v2 or 5v5 TBL as long as you have 15 wins and above you will receive the award right IMC? please take action! 500mb patch but full of bugs again :frowning:

I have over 15 wins in BOTH 5v5 and 2v2 (88 wins in total) and also didn’t get my 300 points. Nothing in mailbox, nothing in market received tab, nothing in inventory, nothing in storage. A couple of my guildmates also reported the same.

OMG i thought I’m the only one. coz of one my guildmates receive his award already :cry: maybe some players didn’t also receive theirs. I’ve already sent a ticket and hoping IMC fix this ASAP. :cry:

Err, i think the points will be given during patch days, not rank reset days, since we have one week to do the 15 wins…

what do you mean? my guildmate already receive his award. i’ve only took that screenshot after patching the 500mb weekly maintenance. :cry:

Oh sorry, i rushed your reply. Didnt know some ppl already got their points.

Until yesterday I also didnt get my points… gonna check again now.

@Edit I got the points. Check your mail at the lobby if you havent already (i thought points would be add ingame automatically, but they dont).

mine too is missing, 15 wins 5v5 and 15 wins in 2v2

thank you for confirming, but some of us didnt yet receive the reward as you can see by others who replied to this post.
