Well, I intend to make a doppel c3, but I don’t know if worth up Zwerchhau to lvl 5. I mean not about damage, I’m making a build which Zwerchhau is lv5 and DPE lv0 (on tos base simulator), but I wanna DPE lv 2 at least. So I would make Zwer lv3 and DPE lvl 2. Will it reduce duraction of Zwer debuff? Or Zwer is like a Cleave that only 5secs on lv5 as lv1 ?
