It’s a 109 quest reward item that’s supposed to give +1 stat point of your choice. I popped it, it was consumed and I received nothing.
However I did use it during a dungeon and got a “not currently available” message. Not sure it is correlated since those messages pop up quite a bit.
Anyone else have similar experience?
