To fire Damballa, you can just buy zombie capsules from the bokor master for 300 silver each; They are expensive in the beginning, but since you’d have to be at least around lvl 120+ for Bokor C3 anyway, it won’t be that expensive anymore. This also leaves you the room to put your Zombify below the mobs in your damballa AoE, pretty much regrowing many zombies after blowing them up.
Wheelchair Zombies and Large Zombies are basically the best things you can get from Zombify, making them extremely useful to kill stuff, especially if you buff them with Ogouveve if you’re an INT-based build (lvl 1 is enough to reach up to level 3-4 with Divine Might + gem + Mikos Houkei Broom later on).
I’m actually planning for C2-B3-O3,too, since Oracle is a nice class and feels unique; the same as Bokor does (+ Bokor provides DPS without CD [except the 9 secs for Hexing debuff]). I don’t care if it takes longer, but Oracle seems pretty much very very useful the way the game is going.
It takes longer and longer to kill certain mobs, making Resetting, Twist of Fate and Death Sentence pretty much awesome skills [they practically can’t fall off later on but become more valuable instead].
Also, the prevention of lvl 1 debuffs via Prophecy and healing of lvl 2 debuffs via Counterspell (which also protects you against some magic damage sources) and the damage-negating via Fortell is pretty much the best bet one can get for being future proof, as many damaging skills get rebalanced/rescaled and new attributes get added every few updates.
Plague Doctor is indeed cool and stuff, but if I’m going around plagueing enemies to incinerate them, debuff them etc. I’m not really playing Bokor anymore, and I doubt any Plague Doctor uses Effigy as much as a pure Bokor does although he can spread it way better than only Bokor himself.
I’d advise you to stay on the Bokor/Oracle path, but maybe you should opt to go Miko before going Oracle 3, because Miko actually helps with most Oracle debuffs/buffs and grants a really,really good high-damage-AoE to your Arsenal, the thing that Bokor is currently still missing and which makes going Plague Doctor obsolete, since you can throw Hamaya at crowds and focus Effigy on the tougher monsters.

Hamaya lasts about 25-28 seconds with a 35 seconds CD time. If the duration can be increased via Clap later on,the skill is ± infinite AoE damage.
Was wondering which stat shud be focus on…int for effigy dmg or spr for higher zombies hp? With con around 70
int for bokor because if you use zombies then you are using damballa. zombies won’t be living very long if you use damballa.
As someone who really likes Bokor I never go full zombies because they are slow and their UI is quite dumb, but they are really fun for PVE. Hex + Effigy, as someone already said, is WAY BETTER if you go PD, (also, Bokor3 for h+e is a bad bcuz effigy sp consumption is just ridiculous at lvl 15, only go Bokor2). It’s a matter of your playstye.
