Zealot C3 vs Inquisitor C3

So we all know Zealot’s really good, but how is Inquisitor C3? It’s a bit hard to find any information and theory craft at the moment given how the databases aren’t updated. I was thinking of making a trifecta of physical clerics (one lycan druid3, one inquisitor c3 and one zealot c3) and am looking for ways to distinguish the them by playstyle.

Inquisitor C3 seems to be way more of a STR/crit class than Inquisitor C1 builds, which means they’re going to end up building similar to Zealot, possibly with a bit less of a focus on SPR.

What are Inquisitor C3’s strengths? And how much does an Inquisitor lose out to Zealot as DPS, if they do at all?

C3 Inquistor strength?

-Ripper. Pretty much this skill eliminate poor souls caught in it. Add the damage attribute, ignore defense attribute and then that certain attribute makes it so good.

-Breaking Wheel. Not much but the new attributes added at C3 makes it good. Increase wheel duration and getting punch makes it worthwhile.

-Judgement. Still good at 1 point but now it cast in front of you and with the attribute provoke, well you can new friends that will kill you.

Yes, C3 inquisitor is definitely aimed for physical dps and fixed what went wrong in C2 inquisitor.

As for this and zealot, inquisitor is either good or have an edge on zealot. But then I have no idea how zealot C3 skills and new attributes work. Also, they’re good at getting themselves killed…from what I have seen.

It really depends on the content PVE (Boss or mobs) or PVP (1V1,TBL or GVG).

I ended up making an inquisitor c3 to test it myself and have to say that Ripper is a game changer. Sadly it has a HUGE cooldown so it isn’t always reliable, even with resetting CD per monster kill with other torture skills (the others aren’t actually good at killing enemies by themselves…)

I think Judgement is one of the main reasons to want to go inquisitor over zealot. Turning an enemy to demon-type benefits a lot of other classes in a party as well.
