Bug Description :
(i click on device but nothing happens)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Start the quest
  2. try click on device
  3. but nothing happens

You have to be level 68, I got stuck on that myself. They need to say if there are level requirements like that. Well, 68+

Yea, what I did after finding that out was go to Orsha (I started in Klaipeda) and do some quests in maps around my level.
