I have killed the achat boss of the quest and supposedly he will drop de zachariel bangle recipe, but it doesn’t. I’m sorry if i should post this in another place but i’m think it is a bug… and sorry about the english i have not finished my english course. I finished the quest thinking that in the end would get the item but have not received… So what I do now? Can any ADM or GM help me with this…?
I’ve forgot about the sequence of quests for that recipe, but assuming you did everything right it could be a bug.
Have you checked with the quest-related NPCs because maybe they’re the ones to give it to you (not dropped after killing boss monster or something). Sorry it’s been awhile since I did that quest so I could be wrong.

+3 all stats is neat, but honestly the combined effect is trivial. it will only add about 3 damage.
