I have played this game awhile ago (somewhere around beta), and I am thinking if it is worth coming back? (will start from zero)
How good is the game for new players? Is it possible to achieve good items without being a whale or paying for TP?
How empty or toxic is the population in NA servers?
Im mostly interested in PVE and socializing, however my ping is not good ( Im not interested in PVP).

You will find yourself soloing until near 300 or 300+.
So for the most part, you’ll only play the game around that level.
Worth coming back is up to you, my opinion is no. Try the game out a little, if you find signs that annoy you, rethink real quick if it’s worth your time or not.
I don’t recommend queuing lower level dungeons either, it would waste your time unless you can shout several times over.
Lastly, the game is pretty much OK if you are ignoring PVP or not being serious.
The only PVE left I find fun is CM, sadly.
At one point when you reach levels where you could grind hunting grounds, you’ll want to do it solo as well rather than fight for drops. You don’t want that Primus X gear that you’ve been looking for a long time now go to someone else, or shards continuously going to others.

Yes. I’m returning player since open beta. I just return a week ago and its kinda fun to play again to Rank 9.
There is few bug, but it wont effect ur play. hope you enjoy this later 
Play for fun but have low expectations and don’t invest in it.
It’s certainly not worth your money.

its good to wait for it because it has massive potential…
but people have been saying that since obt lol.
still you can give it a whirl for at least a week to see the sights
the game is in a wierd limbo atm, i dont know if it wants to be an full fledged mmo or an arpg
maybe its trying to transition to become both…

its definitly fun to play but at KOREAN server 
itos sux imo, we have patch every 3 months, and korean players every week, its really sad

I left Klaipeda cause it was toxic and had too much people for my crappy laptop…
so I moved to Orsha cause the community is small and small means less toxic…
and now Orsha will be gone soon

Well, it’s a free to play. Download, experience the game. You enjoy it? Stay. You don’t enjoy it? Then leave. Also, since nowadays players of any game look like they put on a facade of shitting on everything they play (while still playing…), I wouldn’t trust (almost) any opinion lol

This is a service, I invested about 200$ in this game but the service is not worth it, they take their customers for fools.
Service is important, like Amazon success is based on their service.
