How we can fix this ■■■■? its known bug?

Shoot char limit should really be increased…
The reason it was limited to 150 char is because shout over that number will freeze the game of every player online, and spamming those shout from bots can even crash everyone.
It was such a fun time at launch when goldseller were freezing everyone’s game just by shouting.
Plz, shoot of 151 will not “freeze the game of every player online”…
We can’t even link items + write message in shoot anymore. Takes too much bytes…
But bots still can type long messages every 2-3 seconds. It was hard to load -> move cursor -> change channel today because I encountered such bot. Just like good old launch times.
They can’t shout them, only on normal chat.
So? I cant shout my items? Why i must sell my head accs with low price? i have some gear3s with special stats…I dont want to sell this for 290k…
