You use anvril and your weapon disappears from inventory

Bug Description :

I’m very disappointed, because after trying so hard and having spent a lot of silver!
I managed to make the “Asio Two-handed Sword”, but unfortunately my comfort in moments became hatred, disbelief and disappointment with the ToS.
From the moment I completed the sword, I started what every player does, opens the slots on it and improves. But when I first improved, the sword disappeared, yes it simply disappeared from my inventory, I searched for it and I logged it off and it still was not found in my inventory.
I ask you to give me back my effort, because I like Cough and with problems like that the game is no fun anymore.
Please check my account and see that I actually did what I just described!

Steps I’ve completed:
I made> Asio Two-handed Sword
Open the 5 gem slots

I upgraded to +1 until I disappeared from my inventory.
I started the improvement with anvril
Successful attempt
Item disappeared from inventory

I did not take other photos before the bug, why did not I imagine that this could happen!

I just ask you to return my sword just before it disappears !!! That’s all I ask of ToS staff.![02|690x389]

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Use Anvril
  2. Select Asio Two-handed Sword
  3. Sucess
  4. Disappear

Do you have enhanced equipment filtered out with the gear icon above Weight? I would recommend checking your item filters…

If it really disappear, please send a support ticket as detail as possible like server time, map, everything that make them easier to investigate. It may be random bug due to recent patch.
