I understand the whole problem that you have been having with the event. I did not even get anything because my friend told me that the event was in trouble.

I just used the event to initiate the board and I got the Leticia token.

When you gave the rollback you canceled my 7 day token. Could you please give me back?
It was not just with the token, you took away various consumables from the beginner event.

DG resets, attribute points.

I say again: I did not take anything from the event of friends and even then you took all my items

Only new chars lost their items? Or all that got their prizes? I still have prizes in my account, while my sister lost all wrongly received items. I’m afraid to even touch that wrong things, or even talk to the Kupole and be banned for this.

Regarding the Invite a Friend event rewards

1. The rewards incorrectly issued to all new players have been retrieved. The new players will be able to obtain the rewards again correctly by interacting with the Event NPC.

That is correct, the active players could keep their awards. However, since you already received rewards, you can’t obtain the reward from the NPC again.
