You STILL can’t buy this: A thread about super rare collectors items

So old ones was not usable anymore, so I will continue here~

several items made me start this thread, but fell free to add your own!

Thresh Spear
Catacombs Maggot kill count: ~2.5k - no drop so far
Thanks to iron-oak to uncover the myth of this thing! ( 17,785 kills)

Green Hohen Orben Crystal Sphere
Green Hohen Orben kill count: ~2.5k - no drop so far
Thanks to SlyGoat to confirm its existence ( 900 kills with the help of Jolly Roger)

Stropy Cannon Recipe
Brown Harugal kill count: ~1k no drop so far

Jukotail Ore
Jukotail kill count: ~12k 2x drops

Candle Staff Recipe: Monster unknown as yet

I know, I know, actually not THAT many to start worrying (at least at the moment)

Anyway, so my own question would be: Did any of you fellows got one
of those? How many filthy beasts have you slain to achieve your goal?

Edit 230916: removed the confirmed Sestas Crossbow (bought)
added the still missing “Green Hohen Orben Crystal Sphere” and “Stropy Cannon Recipe”, added the acquired “Jukotail Ore”

1K brown harugals in 3 days (even AFK’d in the channel to be sure it didn’t crash while I wasn’t there), so the DPK has to be really damn high on Stropy, and it probably doesn’t drop from Jolly Roger.

This dropped from Jolly Roger, which is why it has no data on what mob it drops from in the adventure journal. Only 900 or so kills on these guys anyway, since I was mostly ignoring them and targeting harugals. I’m willing to sell it though I suppose without a stropy cannon recipe that collection is doomed. Maybe some day I’ll try farming for that cannon again, but it’s damn annoying to do so knowing I’ll likely need 2k or more kills in one week. That’s a shitload of time wasted since they have a 5 minute respawn time and only ~7 spawns spread out across the whole map.
