You guys have the most terrible customer support ticketing system

I have already created multiple tickets and I have followed the template and each time I create one you reply with canned responses. I’ve been working as well in the customer service and we don’t provide this kind of terrible customer support.

So, when are you guys are going to bloody fix the problem of people who purchased the DLC packs especially the Veteran’s pack?

I can’t even request to have this ■■■■ refunded to steam as this is a consumable item.
