Type of Bug : status point error

Date/Time and Location : Any map, since CBT

Description :

Every time I try to assign a status point to STR, the following error message is displayed: “There is no response from the data. Please try again later. Error code: Error code 76”. Therefore, I’m unable to increase this character’s STR stat, it’s stuck at 56 points. This only happens when trying to assign points to STR, there’s no error when allocating to other stats.
No update has fixed this yet.

  1. Exit Tree of Savior
  2. Logout Steam Account
  3. Exit Steam
  4. Restart your System Unit/Laptop
  5. Relogin and try again
    If the issue still persist, please do contact us again.

I already tried those steps many times, to no avail. I even tried from other computers it’s still not working. It must be a bug on my account.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

Allocate STR point
-Click ‘Apply’
-Get ‘error 76’
-Now the error is “77”
-Now the error is “78” 2016-06-03

Did you try using some kind of tunneling software like WTFast/noPing?

No,i never used any kinds of external software…Besides, using that kind of program is against the rules

Try using it at least once just to see if it’s some kind of network issue. People use these kind of programs all the time to get better connection, but sometimes it fixes network issues, like when people were stuck on maps, for example. If it doesn’t work, then it’s some weird game bug that you’re facing.

BTW, IMC doesn’t mention clearly on Terms of Service if these programs are against the rules,so don’t assume that yet.

Is not IMC condition. Is a Steam terms of services. Remember if you wanna play ToS MUST pass through Steam terms of services and you cant use antoher softwares even they’re legal.

That’s odd. If it’s illegal, why does WTFast is able to be sold in Steam itself? http://store.steampowered.com/app/315880/

Could you please quote me the part of the terms that states clearly that these kind of softwares are illegal?

This is the response I got from the last 2 tickes, is this a joke? I have this problem since CBT and you keep asking me if I had this problem and besides your response is always late, I can’t play like this

Error still persist, it changed to error 80
