1. Open Blender.
2. Make a Cylinder.
3. Open the top and bottom sides.
4. Enlarge one of its sides.
5. Copy-paste two times.
6. Make one texture with random generated color.
7. Copy the texture three times.
8. Add numbers to it with random generated color.
9. Apply each texture to each copy of the Cylinder.
10. Call it an Armband.
