Yet another card question

A couple of questions:

• does the Biteregina card with necromancer’s summons?

• does the Biteregina card work with plague doctor’s black death stream or incinirate (adding another poison debuff on the target)?

• what monster cards can you suggest for classes that have high SPR like PD3 with chaplain or necromancer3? Is chaparition card viable despite the high sp pool?

for PD what cards can you suggest if I went with chaplain support route? is it worth it to use velnia monkey and biteregine?

and how about for swarm pyro3 necro3 using plenty of dot-aoe skills and the summons contributing to dps? what card can you recommend for those?
