Please fixe a spawn time of a flower, maybe, it is practically impossible to complete the quest shinobi because of no fixed spawn time and surprising number of channels. Specifically, I spent about 100 hours in anticipation of flower but could not even see it.It seems to you that even for hidden quest is a little too much.
looks like the key is killing those flowers around the map with 110k hp, ask for help and maybe in about 2h grinding them that flower will spawn.
i killed those flowers 200+ and after killing each i was checking the spot
no need kill anything… just camp there until it spawns. nothing is fixed but sure will appear.
