I dont give a damn about this issue(a few losers getting tokens for free)… I just want at least information regarding game optimization because right now it is just ridiculous.

Come on, this issue has been going on since closed beta test and nothing has been done yet… this is too much seriously. 
Have you even tried to hunt world bosses? Its just RETARDED. I can’t see a guild war happening or anything that involves more than 5 players.

IMC can only work on so many things at once. Right now, their highest priority should be working with trade restrictions and RMT. Optimization can wait til later

How is that more important than making the game work properly?!? That just doesn’t make any sense at all. Besides, those are different issues that should be dealt with by different departments.
I remember Wildstar had some terrible optimization when it launched. Wildstar never recovered from it even tho it had so much hype before. And Wildstar had several beta tests and had a bigger more experienced publisher.
Edit: My point is, IMC is far less experienced so it will take some time. Sofar I’ve not encountered much problems while playing. But I am playing more casually and not done world bosses or PvP and such so I can’t speak for those points.
The problem is that you shouldnt even release anything with such a bad performance. I highly doubt they will do ANYTHING about this
I’m pretty sure wildstar failed because of their payment models.
Been so long since I played Wildstar. But didn’t it just have a normal monthly sub when it first released?

Unless they make an announcement about it right now, there is nothing about optimization. IMC may be aware of the issue but they haven’t said anything about it yet. You’ll just have to wait until then. It’s not like the whole entire game is unplayable though.
The game have been running great for me thus far. Irregardless, it do takes time to fix stuffs and any ranting/speculating are simply pointless. IMC will address the issue when the time is appropriate.
A few people stealing from a shop isn’t the biggest worry when our product is ■■■■.
