Xbox One Controller Connection Guide (Might work)

So this is a Guide that MIGHT fix your issue with Xbox one controller not connecting with TOS.

  1. Open Device Manager
  2. Open Human Interface Devices
  3. Right Click HID-Compliant Game Controller
    [HID-Compliant Game Controller is ENABLED]

Need:
Driver - https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B-W16zoUF6e5V3VXMFFUV3ZQU3c

[Make sure your Xbox One Controller is Connected]

  1. Uninstall HID-compliant game controller
  2. Open Xbox Peripheral
  3. Uninstall Xbox Controller
  4. Install the Driver that I’ve provided
  5. Reset Computer

DONE

[HID-Compliant Game Controller is DISABLED]
1.Enable it
(Yes it’s stupid but I encounter this because of DARK SOULS, apparently you need to DISABLE IT. In order for the controller to work. I’ve add this because it might be your issue too.)
