Anyone encounter this weird issue with controller, pressing L2 + R2 is suppose to swap our skill bar. But moving will instantly change it back to the first set.
Does this issue happen to all controllers or just xbox one’s?
I am on Xbox 360 and don’t have that issue, IMC already stated that Xbox One don’t have a fully support yet, as generic or other kind of controllers, but they are working on it so everyone can enjoy the game with their gear.

Hello, I’m using the same controller (Xbox360)
Here’s how to fix it:
1 - open settings
2 - set UI mode to controller (not auto, or do auto-controller and vice versa and see if anything happens)

But the strange thing it seems to set it back to auto. I remember setting it to Controller before.
