XBox Controller Controls Inverted

Bug Description :
I just logged in, and found that my controls for my XBox Controller were messed up. Directions were working fine, but

Y=Y
B=A
A=X
X=B

Edit(Upon Further Testing):

START = R2
SELECT = L2

As you can see, the controls have been messed up a bit. I tried it with three different controllers, and they all give the same problem. I also tried playing other games, and it seems my computer is reading the button inputs in just fine. I don’t have any external mapping software, and have just been using the game’s innate one.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Log in
2. Select Character
3. Bug

EDIT: Restarting and installing Adobe Reader has fixed this problem.

EDIT: After starting up my computer and logging in again today, this problem has reappeared.

Same here, I got 2 Xbox (like) controllers and also inverts the buttons, not directionals, just action buttons. only happening with TOS, Windows is reading correctly the buttons but not steam/tos (not able to tell if happens on all steam games as I just use steam to play TOS)
Running Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 computers with no 3rd party software, same issue. I got a little bit used to it, but could be checked.
