Wugushi Attributes not scaling properly

Bug Description :
Wugushi attributes not scaling properly. Level 10 Wu Gong Gu skill attribute levels only add 10 damage per attribute level. Needle blow level 15 only add 10 damage per attribute level. Throw Gu Pot also adds flat increase. Attributes scaling flatly and not on %.
Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Use Needle blow, wu gong gu, and throw gu pot on dark type enemies
  2. Level up attributes for the skills.
  3. Hit same dark type enemies again with Needle Blow, Wu Gong Gu, and Throw Gu Pot.
  4. Skill damage increased only by flat.

Second confirmation for the issue.

  1. Equip Mana Mana ( +278 lightning elemental) and hit dark type enemy with wu gong gu, needle blow, and throw gu pot
  2. Unequip Mana Mana and hit same dark enemy with Wu Gong Gu, Needle Blow, and Throw Gu Pot.
  3. Poison damages for each skill decreased exactly by -278 or very close to it.
