I used the check beta key to see the status of getting a beta key only to be surprised that I was rejected based on my location? My current location now Ukraine.
I have posted the error message below.

I think the problem is that developers simply do not have enough keys for steam. I hope so.

The second condition was the time:
If you registered the 19th, depending on your country, so depending on your timeline the last hour where you could sign up wouldn’t be the same. Since the timeline they should have used for the beta keys was an Asian one:
- If you where from GMT+0/+1 You had 6-7 hours less to register (so until 5pm/6pm)
- If you where from America You had 12-16 hours less to register (so until 8am/12am)
My calculations from america could be wrong, i forgot if the 6-10hours difference is from GMT +0 / or GMT +1.
I base it on GMT +0 so on GMT+1 it would be 13-17hours difference.
The red button appeared some hours after the registration was finished, thus some people think they activated it even if it was finished.
Hope they send keys…
