Anyone also experienced this? 
Sigh. I know I should be thankful but they should at least give compensation to those who got wrongfully banned eh?

The first replied they gave me was Suspicious activity. Then after 3 days my account gets unbanned without any sorry or message. It just gets unbanned after I sent a bunch of request for further investigation ticket.

Basically sounds like you was reported for botting? Not saying you was, just looking into this not report function being used on innocent people.
well spamming them to investigate my account seems to work.

Well I wasn’t obviously thats why I got unbanned probably when they did a thorough investigation. The Report function sounds really scary. It can be used on innocent people as well.

You’re clearly doing something wrong, mate. The odds of getting falsely banned once are fairly low. The odds of getting falsely banned multiple times are astronomically low.

The last time I got banned was in lvl 130 Dungeon. Now I got banned again after lvl 130 Dungeon. Seriously ?!
Raise another ticket and ask why
nah no changes at all.No bot nor any illegal activity was conducted. I think their system automatically flag people as bot and the algorithm was inaccurate. @_@
This is definitely a very odd situation. I would make a ticket about it again and see if you can contact some staff directly. We can’t really help you on the forums. At the very least I’m sure they can tell you why you were banned.
I doubt it was for botting. It is probably going to be for client modifications/3rd party programs, possibly from some unrelated program that is interfering with ToS without your knowledge.
Ok nevermind. Found the reason. It seems to be a bug. now I can access the game again after quitting steam completely. After doing lvl 130 dungeon I tried to go to character screen then the Game access is restricted pops out. Couldn’t login after that. If I quit steam completely I can once again login. JUST WTH.
